Back in 2003, I participated in A Day in the Life- Brooklyn with 200 photographers were assigned to locations and events throughout Brooklyn’s 60+ neighborhoods to photograph people in their everyday lives, all on a single day, April 26. One of my photos did end up in the subsequent exhibition at Brooklyn Borough Hall. One the spaces I shot was Empire Roller  Skating  Center which closed in 2007.
